Couple Pregnancy Massage
Join Eleonora from Re-Set-Pause for a soothing and enriching Couple’s Pregnancy Massage Workshop on Saturday 8th November.
Massage is a beautiful way to nurture connection and wellbeing during pregnancy. In this special two-hour workshop, you’ll learn gentle, supportive techniques designed specifically for the needs of pregnancy. The focus is on creating comfort, calm, and connection during this transformative time.
Research shows that pregnancy massage can significantly reduce depression, anxiety, and physical discomfort such as back and leg pain. It can also positively impact labor: studies have found that women who received regular massages experienced less pain and, on average, shorter labors with a reduced need for medication.
This session will guide you through safe, soothing massage techniques to ease common pregnancy discomforts, promote deep relaxation, and strengthen emotional connection. You’ll also explore how to set a peaceful atmosphere and communicate with care to create a more nourishing shared experience.
The massage will be fully clothed, performed on the floor, and easy to replicate at home, with optional oils for added comfort.
Please note: This workshop is for personal enrichment and does not provide certification. One ticket per person is required.

An Autumn Series of Salubrious Restoration Thai Massage & Flying Therapeutics
Learning to fly requires you to trust and let go. This practice is both unique and stimulating; one is suspended in the air, allowing the practitioner to work with the weight-bearing gravity of the flyer.
Flying therapeutics is: –
being suspended in the air on the base’s hands and feet;
being flown, often in an inverted position, where gravity aids length and space to the torso, shoulders and spine; and
through a sequence of assisted stretches, encourages the feeling of flight and lightness.
We would recommend attending the Partner Yoga & Thai Massage workshop to attain the most out of our Flying Therapeutics workshop. Open to all with an interest in massage techniques. No partner is necessary. You will be working in pairs or in groups of three. Come with a willingness to learn something new.
Jaqui has a yoga practice spanning 28 years and 18 years of teaching experience. She is both an AcroYoga teacher and Thai massage practitioner.

Thai Yoga Massage Workshop
Slow down and reconnect through conscious movement, breath, and touch. In this workshop, you’ll explore partner yoga, assisted stretching, and Thai massage techniques inspired by the principle of Metta Bhavana loving-kindness in action.
Often called “the lazy person’s yoga,” Thai massage uses gentle pressure and passive stretching to release tension and restore balance in the body.
No experience or partner needed, just come with curiosity and a willingness to learn.

Ease into the Equinox with Sophia Tupy
Slow things down just before the Autumn Equinox, and step back from the pressure to “do” with this relaxing rest-shop. Like a workshop, but with zero "work", this extended session is designed to revive your nervous system and ready you for the season ahead after a proper rest. This is the third round of Sophia's seasonal rest-shops in 2025, taking place in line with the Autumn Equinox, which welcomes a more yin energy as the nights start to get longer than the days once again. It’s at this time of year when A quarterly opportunity to rest and recharge, these sessions create space for you to feel renewed and ready for the coming season.
We'll check in to settle into the space and connect with your body. This arrival will be followed by a discussion about our resistance to rest, optional breathwork, intention-setting and nervous system regulation techniques to find calm embodiment. Next, drop into longer-held, static yin poses to open up joints and prepare your body for total stillness. The 2nd hour is pure comfort, with restorative yoga postures and yoga nidra to rest your body and reset inside and out.
