    From the branches of Hatha yoga came a practice that combines both breath and movement together. Expect creative sequences, designed specifically with the flows title: strong, dynamic, slow or gentle. Every class will come with plenty of modifications to meet you where you are. Perfect for building strength, flexibility, and inner clarity.

    New to yoga, we would recommend the slow and gentle vinyasa classes first.

    A traditional and accessible practice combining steady postures, breathwork, and moments of stillness. Perfect for those wanting a strong foundation, to balance energy, and feel more present in body and mind.

  • Elemental breathwork & Mandala Yoga

    A circular vinyasa flow weaving movement around the mat in all directions.

    Each class honours one of the elements, Earth, Water, Fire or Air combined with Elemental breathwork at the beginning that deepens your connection to body and nature.

    A class is more suited for those who have a regular yoga practice.

  • Restorative Yoga

    A deeply restful, meditative practice using all the studio props to fully support the body in gentle poses. This is a space to fully slow down, soften, and return to a state of rest and regulation. Over the hour you will spend between 10 - 15 minutes in each pose.

    This is great for beginners and those who want a more restful practice.

  • Mat Pilates

    Strengthen your core, improve posture, and build resilience through a low impact, precision focused workout that leaves you feeling strong, stable, and centred.

    Mat Pilates can be very challenging at times especially if you are a beginner, but don’t give up.

    A nurturing space for new and expecting mothers to move safely, connect with their changing bodies, and share in a supportive community.

    In Pregnancy Yoga the focus is on the present moment, how we feel on that day. Offering gentle movements which provide relief and space for the lower back and pelvis, whilst building strength to prepare and honour each phase of the journey.
