About Me

My journey into yoga began after overcoming a brain hemorrhage when I was 19, Yoga taught me resilience and the power of the mind-body connection. Yoga and meditation became integral to my life, transforming my mental health and physical strength.

Why I Flow and How

My deep love for water, its movement, flow, and quiet strength sparked a profound connection to feminine energy and led me to specialise in Women’s Wellness, Freediving, PaddleBoard yoga, and Open Water Swimming.

Through water-based practices, I create a serene space for people to connect with this calming element. move through a range of practices including Feminine Flows, Pranayama, Yoga, Workshops and Re-Wilding Retreats, each designed to harmonise your body and mind with the fluidity of water.

I guide flows that inspire natural, energising movement, encouraging everyone to embrace their wild, authentic selves. Through yoga, breathwork, and the power of water, I support each person on their journey to balance and empowerment.
