Lucie Norris
Lucie has been teaching yoga for over 11 years. Her love for the practice blossomed in her late twenties and has continued to evolve ever since.
Her classes weave together pranayama and guided elemental breathwork, creating a mindful thread that supports each practice whether pre- or postnatal, Hatha, Vinyasa, or Mandala flow.
With a strong focus on alignment, Lucie encourages her students to explore movement with awareness, breath, and connection.

Miriam Rae
Miriam is a passionate yoga teacher who offers a warm, welcoming space for students of all levels to connect with their breath and body. Her classes are rooted in a vinyasa-based style, blending mindful movement with breath work to help students feel grounded, present, and empowered. With a focus on Pre & Post Natal, and creating a supportive environment, she encourages each student to move at their own pace and tune in to what feels good. Whether you're new to yoga or deepening your practice, you're invited to show up just as you are.

Di believes yoga is not about achieving the most impressive shapes, but about cultivating a deeper relationship with your body. Her approach to teaching is holistic, blending mindful movement, breath awareness, and functional strength to support alignment from the inside out.
In her classes, you’ll be guided to explore how movement can feel nourishing and sustainable, rather than performative, with awareness on building a healthy balance in the body and reduce injury. She creates a supportive space where each person can listen inward, honour your unique body, and help you discover movement that feels aligned, empowering, and truly your own.

Amy teaches flowing sequences that encourage you to let go and connect to your breath. Her gentle and playful style will allow you to build strength and flexibility in the body, whilst calming the mind. Drawn from classical Hatha roots, Amy’s mindful and positive approach to teaching will leave you feeling balanced and open.

Bethan Williams
My love of yoga began several years ago after finding that breath and movement on the mat could help to make space and peace in the mind and the body.
I am inspired to welcome anyone and everyone to the mat.
My classes are relaxing yet uplifting, with plenty of chances to challenge yourself in a fun and judgement-free space. Expect a creative sequence with plenty of variations to suit all levels.

Charli Livingstone
Charli guides students through progressively sequenced, soulful and often strong vinyasa flow, woven with other elements such as meditation, mantra, mudra, pranayama and Tantrik philosophy. Her teaching style is both playful and nurturing, with attention to detailed biomechanics suitable for different bodies. She often use hands-on assists (in-person and with consent), complemented by her training and practice as a massage therapist. Charli's training as a Capoeira Angola teacher and a student for over 16 years, and as an anthropologist, complement her yoga teaching through a life-long immersion in the body in flow, culture and spirituality.

Cher teaches Yoga that is suitable every 'body'. Her practice has evolved as a radical act of self care since becoming a mother.Her practices are trauma-informed blend of Eastern/Western philosophy, mindfulness, embodiment and somatic free dance. She teaches Gentle Yoga, Pregnancy, Post-natal and Flow Dance meditation classes in North and East London.

Harison Collett
Having climbed for many years, Harrison came to Pilates as a way to find more three-dimensionality and balance in his body. After an ankle injury resulted in the need for rehabilitation, he soon grew passionate about the way the method can inform all walks of life. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Harrison’s twin backgrounds as an athlete and an artist meet in his work, and he is eager to encourage greater awareness of the mind-body connection through his classes.

Jéssica Varrichio
Jéssica is a Level 3 Mat Pilates instructor, certified by Health Fitness Education (YMCA Awards), with a background in classical ballet and contemporary dance. Passionate about movement, body awareness, and mindful strength, she brings a creative and inclusive approach to her Pilates classes.

Lisa has been practicing yoga for 15 years and loves the way it can change how you feel, and how that can affect life away from the yoga mat. She is constantly inspired by yoga in all its forms and she ever grateful for the learning she receives from this practice. Lisa teaches an embodied yoga practice that brings a mindful awareness to the body and breath. Creating strength and releasing tension whilst remaining playful. Her classes create a warm and un-intimidating environment that encourages and supports students to find more space within the body, through both stillness and movement.

Moones Khoshbakht
Moones Khoshbakht began practicing yoga in 2006 and has been dedicated to the Ashtanga tradition since 2012. She received formal authorisation to teach from Sharath Yoga Centre (SYC) in Mysore, India, in 2017. Her teaching blends traditional Ashtanga practice with a mindful, adaptable approach, making it accessible and tailored to each student’s needs. She emphasises breath, strength, and stability while creating a supportive environment for practitioners of all levels.

Sophia is an energetic and playful movement and yoga facilitator, bringing positivity and focus to all classes and workshops. She's invested in accessibility, inclusivity and the ethics of embodied practices, and continues to develop her awareness of trauma-informed teaching and techniques.

For Yasmin, yoga is an embodied practice. She is interested in encouraging people to embrace the curiosity and compassion found on the mat and carry it forward into their daily lives. Her training is multi-disciplinary and spans from London studios all the way to Rishikesh, the home of yoga. Expect playfulness, motivating playlists and a shared warm presence!

Jaqui Wan
Jaqui a yoga asana & acroyoga teacher based in London. She has been teaching since 2007 and have had an ongoing yoga asana practice spanning over 20 years. Her teaching experience has allowed me to instruct to a variety of practitioners ranging from beginners through to experienced students and yoga teachers.
She is challenging yet playful. She has an attention to detail that actively celebrates difference and group learning. She is a strong advocate for joyful collaboration and connection.

Eleonora Prinsi
Eleonora is a Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga Alliance Certified teacher (RYT 250) and massage therapist based in Waltham Forest.
After years practicing yoga and meditation, she felt the urgency of giving back and make people feel this connection between mind and body. As a result, after over 10 years practicing yoga, she travelled to India to train as Yoga teacher at Arogya Yoga School in Rishikesh.
She trained as Yin teacher with Norman Blair in London.

Maria Teresa Chietera
Maria has been sharing yoga, mindfulness, and coaching since 2019.
Her teaching is rooted in Hatha Yoga from the Sivananda tradition, and she continues to deepen her practice through studies with Buddhist teachers Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, whom she has had the honor of studying with since 2023. Her style is gentle, trauma-informed, and grounded in secular mindfulness, with a focus on helping practitioners find home in their bodies and minds.

Anna Fahy
Anna is a warm, encouraging and supportive teacher. Over the last decade, yoga has given her the tools to awaken to more joy, connection and clarity and she is passionate about providing a space for others to do the same.
With a background in Philosophy, Anna always aims to convey the deeper aspects of the practice within her classes. While this might sound serious, Anna is a firm believer that a playful approach to practising better helps us to let go and connect to ourselves fully. She believes that part of the beauty of asana (poses) is its ability to lead us towards balance; what we need fluctuates on a daily basis, so there will always be lots of options to scale up or scale down.
Expect space for stillness, moments of challenge and hopefully some fun!

Janine has been practicing yoga since she was a child, and has been teaching since 2013. She has trained in vinyasa with experience teaching adults, teens, and children of diverse ages, levels, and backgrounds in studios, schools, and workplaces, as well as supporting pregnant people and new mothers/parents and babies through a trauma-informed approach. From this perspective, she aims to share the tools of yoga practice and philosophy in an accessible way.
She's passionate about fostering wellbeing and relaxation, especially to support those navigating life’s transitions and transformations.

Raphael has a passion for wellbeing, alignment and a healthy, balanced mindset, with over 12 years of experience in movement and dance, including various yoga lineages. They are seeking to challenge individuals and help them live a healthy and fit life, maintain optimum performance on a daily basis while staying connected to their true nature. Raphael's classes cultivate a safe space that welcomes practitioners of all levels. Using Asanas, Pranayama and meditation techniques the goal is that the attendees leave feeling rejuvenated while building a strong, yet flexible physique and establishing a deeply rooted mind - body connection.
