At Taramga Studio, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. We offer thoughtful, practical, and nourishing support for women at every stage, whether you’re growing a baby, caring for one, or reconnecting with yourself.

  • Gentle, empowering movement to support your changing body, calm the nervous system, and build confidence for birth. Expect space to breathe, ask questions, and connect with other pregnant women.

  • A nurturing return to movement where the focus is on recovery, strength, rest, and reconnection.

    Babies are welcome, feeds and pauses encouraged, and nothing is rushed.

  • A relaxed cinema experience created for parents with babies. Low lights, baby-friendly sound, space to feed, move, and enjoy time together without pressure.

  • A deeply nourishing evening just for mothers. Gentle yoga/dance/ sharing circle and special guests followed by a shared supper.

    So you can be served, held, and restored, not organising or caring for others for once.

  • Expressive, soulful movement practices designed to help you release tension, reconnect with your body, and move intuitively no choreography, no performance.

  • Community-led gatherings and collaborations that bring women together during pregnancy, creating friendships, shared learning, and ongoing support.

  • We work alongside trusted hypnobirthing teachers and doulas, helping you access informed, compassionate birth support that aligns with your values.

  • Pregnancy classes and postnatal yoga for the 4th trimester will be available online.

  • Personalised one-to-one sessions tailored to your needs, pregnancy, postnatal recovery, nervous system regulation, or simply space to move and breathe in private.

    In studio prices are £60 for a 1 hour session.

    Class packs can also be bought 5 private sessions for £250.

Prenatal

Pregnancy yoga and meditation to relieve symptoms of morning sickness, tiredness and exhaustion, Ease pelvic pain & lower back pain, reduce heartburn, headaches, constipation, swollen ankles and wrist pain.

Postnatal

Postnatal yoga and meditation to heal, rebuild and revitalise yourself. Relieving symptoms as lower back, hip and pelvic pain, Upper back tension, breast feeding and mastitis, helps to strengthen the pelvic region and postural muscles. slowly strengthens the abdominal muscles after a C-Section and abdominal separation. Rebuild from prolapse (all stages). Helps reduce weight gain and feelings of depression. Emotional healing through traumas such as loss or abortion. Tools to awaken your libido and intensify orgasms through building back your own life after baby with confidence.

Womb Yoga

Womb Yoga and meditation can help and support you through all stages of women hood, from dealing with your first period, through menarche and how to track your natural cycles, tools to soothe period pains, heavy flows, awaken your libido and intensify orgasms through sexual freedom and confidence, moving through peri-menopause to menopause and peri-menopause.

Beyond and supported

Offering a space to re-connect to the people who you started your journey with, those who you met maybe later on in classes, we offer a space to come back together through Baby Parent cinema afternoons, supper clubs as well as parent toddler yoga, and Full Moon Womb Yoga classes.
