Why the
Friday Reset?
Friday evenings are a uniquely complex moment. Adrenaline and cortisol are still high, yet your body and mind are tired, making it genuinely hard to slow down. More often than not, we reach for the easiest exit: a drink, a screen, snacks, endless scrolling.
The Friday Reset offers something different. A gentle, guided passage from high activation to quiet.
Without forcing your body to be still when it can't, or your mind to switch off when it won't stop racing, we move together through breath, awareness, and reflection. By honouring where you actually are at the end of the week, we create space to slow down, and to make room for the things that truly matter.

Hatha Flow
Grounding · Sun salutations · Meditation
Begin your Friday evening by coming back to yourself. This grounding Hatha class weaves together sun salutations, mindful movement and meditation, inviting you to shake off the week and arrive fully in your body. The pace is gentle enough for beginners, yet nourishing for regular practitioners.
This class is part of The Friday Reset, a two-hour evening retreat, every week. Those joining both sessions are invited to pause between classes for a short moment of journaling, a quiet space to reflect on the week before stepping into stillness.
Yin Yoga
Deep release · Meditative · Restorative
In this slow, meditative practice, poses are held for longer, allowing the body to release deeply held tension and the mind to finally exhale. If you find it hard to switch off, Yin meets you where you are, and gently guides you toward rest.
This class is part of The Friday Reset, a two-hour evening retreat, every week. Those joining both sessions are invited to pause between classes for a short moment of journaling, a quiet space to reflect on the week before arriving fully into stillness.

Friday Reset
Once a month, the Friday Reset deepens. Yin Yoga flows into a full Sound Bath: healing bowls, chimes and gong filling the space with layers of vibration that quiet the mind and restore the body. No experience needed. Just the intention to let go.
6:00pm · Yin Yoga · 60 minutes
Yin Yoga

7:15pm · Sound Bath · 60 minutes
Sound Bath
Healing instruments, bowls, chimes and gong, fill the space with layers of vibration that wash over the body and quiet the mind. No experience needed, just the intention of letting go and surrendering to the sound. Those arriving from Yin are already softened, ready to dissolve fully into stillness.

Meet
Eleonora
Eleonora is a qualified yoga teacher and massage therapist based in Walthamstow, and the founder of Re-Set-Pause. After more than ten years working in architecture, she left the industry to choose a slower pace, refocusing on her own wellbeing and supporting others to reconnect with their bodies and minds on a deeper level.
Massage therapy and yoga taught her to slow down, and to relate to people differently. Touch and deep listening connect us all on a subtle level, helping us heal ourselves physically, energetically and mentally.
The Friday Reset is an extension of that practice. A weekly invitation to pause, soften, and arrive fully into rest.
