Find stillness
on the water.
Yoga on a paddleboard, at dawn or dusk, on still open water. All levels welcome. Nothing else quite like it.
This season has finished. We're finding a new home on the water for next year.

What is SUP yoga?
Paddleboard yoga in London, amplified.
Stand-up paddleboard yoga takes everything you love about a yoga class and places it somewhere extraordinary: on still water, open sky above, the city falling quiet around you.
The board challenges your balance in ways a mat never can. Every pose becomes more intentional. Every breath more anchored. The water has a way of stripping everything back to what matters.
And yes, you might fall in. That's part of it.

What to expect
From arrival to the last savasana.
01
Arrive & settle
We meet at the water's edge. You'll be fitted with a board and paddle, and Lucie will walk you through everything you need to know. No experience required.
02
Paddle out
A gentle paddle to find your position on the water. The city disappears. The water takes over. You begin to arrive in your body.
03
Flow on the board
A full yoga flow adapted for the water. Slower, more mindful, more grounding than a studio class. Every pose asks you to find stillness in a moving world.
04
Savasana on water
Floating in savasana, held by the board, by the water, by the quiet. One of the most profound moments of rest you will find anywhere in London.
05
All levels welcome
You do not need to be a yogi. You do not need to have been on a paddleboard before. You need only to be willing to try something a little extraordinary.
06
What to bring
Wear clothes you don't mind getting wet. Bring a towel and a change of clothes. Everything else, board, paddle and buoyancy aid, is provided.
