Before you arrive.

Everything you need to know to make the most of your session on the water.

Come ready for the water. Here's everything you'll want to have with you on the day.

Swimwear
A swimsuit or swimming shorts to wear underneath your clothes, as you may end up in the water.
👕
Yoga clothes
Comfortable leggings, a t-shirt or rash vest. Anything you don't mind getting wet.

A warm layer
A jumper or fleece for before and after the session. It can feel cooler by the water.

Towel & dry clothes
A full change of dry clothes and a towel for after the session.

Sunscreen
You'll be out in the open with no shade, so please apply before arriving.

Cap or hat
Particularly useful for sunrise and sunny afternoon sessions.

Sunglasses
A pair with a strap is ideal so they stay on if you take a tumble.

Water bottle
Stay hydrated, especially on warm days or early sunrise sessions.

Water footwear
Flip flops or old trainers for getting on and off the board at the water's edge.
Please note: meeting point update. Works are currently taking place at West Reservoir and are due to finish in June. Your exact meeting location will be confirmed by email ahead of your session. Please look out for this email before you travel. The works do not affect any of the activities on the water.

Everything else is provided Your paddleboard, paddle, and buoyancy aid are all waiting for you at the water's edge. You don't need any prior paddleboarding or yoga experience. Just show up and we'll take care of the rest.
Please read before booking. By booking and attending a SUP yoga session with Taramga Studio you confirm that you have read and understood the following terms.
Bookings & Payments

All SUP yoga sessions must be booked and paid for in advance via Momence. Sessions are small by design and places are not guaranteed until booked. We reserve the right to refuse bookings.

When booking via Momence, select West Reservoir as your location to find all available sunrise and sunset SUP yoga sessions.

Arriving on the Day

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your session begins. A safety and orientation brief takes place at the water's edge before we paddle out, and late arrivals may not be able to join once this has started.

We meet at West Reservoir Centre, Green Lanes, Stoke Newington, N4 2HA. The nearest tubes are Manor House and Finsbury Park.

Cancellations & Refunds

SUP yoga sessions are non-refundable and no class credits are given. We recommend only booking when you are confident you can attend.

Sessions may be cancelled by Taramga Studio in the event of adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control. If this happens, a full refund will be issued. We do not offer cash refunds outside of these circumstances.

Health & Safety

You must be able to swim a minimum of 25 metres in open water to take part. Please consult a doctor before participating if you have any health concerns, injuries, or are pregnant.

Lucie and her instructors are not medical professionals and cannot assess your ability to participate. Responsibility for this rests with you. If you feel unwell or unsafe at any point during the session, stop immediately and inform the instructor.

A buoyancy aid is provided and must be worn at all times whilst on the water. You must follow all instructions given by Lucie or any assistant instructor, including any instruction to leave the water.

Personal Belongings

Please leave valuables at home where possible. Taramga Studio accepts no responsibility for personal belongings lost or damaged during the session.

Photography

Sessions may be photographed or filmed for use on social media and marketing materials. Please let Lucie know before the session begins if you do not wish to be included.

Liability Waiver

A liability waiver must be completed before attending your first SUP yoga session. You will not be able to take part without one. Please complete it in advance at taramgastudio.co.uk/sup-yoga-waiver.
