A class for the way you move now
This is a Pilates class designed specifically with the over 55s in mind, combining traditional Pilates exercises with more modern movement practice to suit a variety of abilities and strengths.
Pilates is one of the most effective ways to improve mobility, flexibility, strength and range of motion — helping you stay strong and independent for as long as possible. Whether you're new to movement or returning after a break, you'll find a class that meets you where you are.
We cap the class at 10 so Alex can offer real attention to each person, and modifications are always available for anyone who can't get onto the floor comfortably — or back up again.

Alex Sanson
Alex is a Level 3 qualified Pilates instructor with additional training in Pilates for the Older Person and Bone Health, both completed with Body Control Pilates — one of the most respected Pilates training bodies in the UK.
Her teaching is warm, clear and considered. She brings a deep understanding of how to adapt movement to support strength, balance and confidence at every stage of life.
